Poubom is currently on assignment with ICT and smart devices giants Huawei Technologies as Legal Manager oversing the entire Central African Region. He consults with the firmin the areas of corporate governance and risk management, general commercial law, direct and indirect foreign investment, blockchain and digital investments, fintech startups, banking and financial set ups, and compliance within the Central African sub region and beyond. He advises on all corporate law issues as applicable under the OHADA Uniform Acts inclusive but not limited to the creation of corporate entities, business registration, and corporate compliance and litigation as well as mergers and acquisitions.
